Creative Commons Qatar and Al Jazeera will host the first Creative Commons Iftar on August 10, 2011, at Mamig in Katara starting at 5.30pm. The Iftar will be an opportunity for Qatar’s creative community to come together during the holy month of Ramadan, a month where the true meaning of sharing and collaboration is embodied. Al Jazeera has graciously agreed to sponsor the CC Iftar, further demonstrating their commitment to Creative Commons in Qatar and globally.
